Politics should be completely removed from the judicial system.
A. No judge should be politically appointed.
B. No judge should be politically elected.
Judges should have a minimum of 20 years experience in the field as an attorney governed by the court (civil, criminal, traffic, social security, family, probate, housing, appellate, specialized- juvenile, veteran, drug, mental health, other).
Judges must be U.S. Citizens, born by U.S. Citizens.
Judges must have no political background or ever run for any political position.
A. Candidates must be fully audited for political favoritism and corruption.
B. Any findings of political entrenchment or corruption, unlawful behavior is immediately disqualifying.
A. Candidates would be decided in by a state or federal panel of Judges who meet the same criteria.
B. The Tribunal operates on annual rotation, with no Judge serving more than one (1) term, for the duration of one (1) calendar year (January 1 - December 31).
The Judicial system must be completely removed from the Executive and Legislative branch, with the exception of addressing laws purported by those two political branches.
A. Candidates should be required to go through 2 years at an accredited Judicial Institute, to exhibit competence in Judicial ethics and the laws of the court where they seek to preside.
B. Candidates should go through independent oral and written exam, without the assistance of any aide, before the Overseeing Tribunal.
C. The minimum passing is A-, and by merit, NOT preferential sliding scale grading.
Affirmed Judges should be licensed by a Judicial Association of the state or national.
Any substantially evidenced complaint against the Judge must be immediately addressed and the Judge immediately suspended during the investigation.
Any Judge found having breached laws or ethics must be removed from the bench immediately and barred from returning, to then face further consequences under the appropriate jurisdiction for their illegal acts.
Unethical acts are merely dismissal and removal from the bench, to be barred from returning.
Any Judge having been dismissed from the bench, to be prohibited from taking the bench in any other state, regardless local, county, state, federal, as part of the licensure.
The licensure to be governed by the states and national, Judicial Institute accordingly affiliated to the association and the Judiciary system, state and federal.
